This policy describes how Yas Painting and Decorating Services handles information provided through this website and quote enquiries.

When you request a quote, we collect your name, phone number, email, suburb or postcode, property type, requested service, project description and preferred contact method. If you choose to attach a photo, we also receive that image.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your enquiry, assess the work, prepare a quote and communicate about your project. Please only provide information and photographs relevant to your enquiry.
Email and service providers
Enquiries are delivered to YAS by email. The hosting and email services used to operate the website process the information needed to provide those services. We do not sell enquiry details or use them to create advertising profiles.
Photos and security
Uploaded photos are checked and re-encoded before being attached to the enquiry email. Temporary website copies are removed after processing; a copy may remain with your enquiry in our email system. Providing a quote photo does not give permission for us to publish it in our portfolio.
We take reasonable steps to protect enquiry information. No online transmission is entirely risk-free. Please do not submit identity documents or financial details through this form.
Cookies, logs and analytics
The quote form uses an essential session cookie to protect submissions and show the result. Short-lived technical records help prevent spam and repeated submissions. Server logs may record technical request information.
No advertising cookies or analytics tracking are enabled in this version of the website. We will update this policy before introducing analytics that changes how information is collected or used.
Keeping and correcting information
We retain enquiry and project information for as long as reasonably needed to respond, carry out work and meet applicable obligations. You can contact us to request access or corrections, or to ask about deletion of information we no longer need.
